The Alignment Audit Suite

An innovative way to look at brand, messaging, and website alignment

The Alignment Audit Suite is an approach I developed to help leadership teams take a clear, honest look at how their brand, messaging, and website are working together across key customer touchpoints. It reflects how I think about alignment in real operating environments, and how I can support internal teams, consulting work, or advisory roles within health and wellness companies.

At a practical level, the Audit Suite looks at how strategy, written messaging, and visual execution actually show up for customers. It helps surface what is working, where things may be out of sync, and where small adjustments could make a meaningful difference.

The approach grew out of hands-on work evaluating brands and digital experiences in day-to-day business settings. When design support is useful, I recommend Roger Greiner, an award-winning print and digital art director, to help with visual refinement and execution.

My work focuses on helping teams step back and see how their brand story, website design, and overall digital presence function together as a system. I look at whether the story is coming through clearly, whether the design supports trust, and whether the experience works smoothly for real users across devices.

When it makes sense, design or implementation support can follow the analysis to help teams act on what is uncovered. Each engagement is meant to provide clear perspective, practical direction, and a shared understanding of how the company is currently being experienced by its audience.
