My background spans clinical environments, product development, and health-focused businesses, shaping how I evaluate the alignment between scientific credibility, messaging clarity, and execution. I help leadership teams gain objective insight before committing additional time or resources.

My Story
I’m the founder of the Alignment Audit Suite, and my work has developed at the intersection of health science, education, and real-world business execution. I served in the U.S. Navy early in my career, then pursued formal training in the health sciences and nutrition, followed by work in clinical chemistry and pharmacy-related environments where accuracy, structure, and accountability were essential. These early experiences shaped how I think about complex systems and disciplined decision-making.

My academic background includes a BS in Health Science, an MS in Nutritional Sciences, and a PhD in Holistic Nutrition, along with pharmaceutical studies that led to certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT). This education provided a rigorous foundation that has supported decades of work across clinical settings, product development, education, and health-focused organizations.
Professionally, I’ve held leadership roles within integrative medical practices and health companies, where my responsibilities have spanned clinical nutrition, product formulation, education, marketing, and digital presence. I’ve developed custom nutritional products, managed clinical dispensaries, created educational and marketing materials, and overseen website and eCommerce initiatives. Working across these functions gave me firsthand exposure to how strategic intent, messaging, and execution either reinforce each other or quietly drift apart. <resume>
I’ve also authored and co-developed educational resources focused on nutraceuticals, personalized nutrition, and intermediary metabolism. That work reinforced a recurring lesson: strong science alone is not enough. Clarity, coherence, and alignment across touchpoints are what determine whether expertise is understood and trusted.
The Alignment Audit Suite grew directly out of this experience. Rather than offering tactics or implementation, my work is intentionally diagnostic. The goal is to help leadership teams clearly see how their brand intent, target market assumptions, and website execution are currently working together, or where misalignment may be introducing friction, before committing additional time, budget, or resources.
Today, my role is centered on evaluation, synthesis, and clarity. I can help organizations step back from day-to-day execution, assess their current state objectively, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.
